Herschel P. Rose is an associate in the firm’s Municipal and Real Estate and Land Use Departments. Herschel represents and advises various municipal governing bodies on zoning, land use and local government issues. In addition to his work with municipalities, he also represents developers and individuals acting in their capacity either as applicant or objector before the appropriate governing bodies and through any appeals before the Superior Court and Appellate Division.

Herschel is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law in Newark where he received his J.D. in 2017. While attending law school, he worked at various firms practicing land-use law and civil defense, volunteered with pro-bono organizations and completed an internship with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Eugene Lang College at the New School University. After graduating law school, Herschel served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Barry P. Sarkisian, P.J. Ch. (Ret.) and Hon. Jeffery R. Jablosnki P.J. Ch. in the Hudson County Chancery Division. Upon completing his clerkship and working for several months in insurance defense and transportation law, Herschel joined the firm’s municipal law and land use practice.
